Delete Your Account & Data

Delete from account settings

1. Sign in to your Rec Life account in the mobile app or on the web.
2. Open Profile or Settings.
3. Select Delete Account.
4. Confirm the deletion prompt to permanently remove your account and associated data.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access your account, email us from the address associated with your Rec Life account and ask for account/data deletion.

What gets deleted

• Account profile information, including email and display name
• Recorded activities, GPS tracks, saved trails, trips, and preferences
• Fitness connections, synced activity data, notifications, and push tokens
• Community content tied to your account where removal is required or available
• Photos and uploaded files stored in Rec Life user storage

Some records may be retained only when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, tax, dispute-resolution, or payment-compliance obligations. Subscription billing records managed by Apple, Google, Stripe, or RevenueCat may also be subject to those providers' retention policies.
